This hotel is truly luxurious, with exclusive amenities that make for an indulgent stay. The friendly and helpful staff ensured my every need was met, and the abundance of hotel parking made my stay stress-free. The location was ideal, with great restaurants and facilities nearby, making it the perfect base for sightseeing in the area.
Despite the luxurious feel of this hotel, the room decor and electronics felt dated. There was also some minor dust in the room.

The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay and the hotel parking was plentiful. The central location of the hotel meant that I was able to easily access great restaurants and nearby facilities. The luxury decor of the hotel gave my city break a high-end feel.
The room I was allocated had worn-out decor and outdated electronics. The room was also quite dusty and the heating unit made annoying noises throughout the night, even when the power was switched off.

However, the room was old and dusty with a noisy heating unit that disturbed our sleep. The staff was helpful, but the décor and electronics in the room were not up to the luxury hotel standard we were hoping for.
